**Talent Acquisition SpecialistBased in Esher
Salary up to £35,000 per annum**
Key Responsibilities
- Directly project manage recruitment for senior level roles and other key roles as required;
- Provide recruitment added value services to hiring managers such as market trend data, job description advice, recruitment and selection processes;
- Understand the barriers to recruitment for people in underrepresented or marginalised communities and develop effective solutions to help to breakdown/overcome barriers;
- Maintain detailed documentation on all recruiting processes.
- Provide training and coaching support for hiring managers on recruitment and selection practice and process, ensuring a consistent and best practice approach that fully complies with relevant legislation/regulation;
- Develop and maintain relationships with appropriate recruitment agencies, search firms and job board providers.
- Coordinate recruitment events and attendance at careers fairs, etc
Person Specification
- Experience of inhouse and/or not for profit recruitment is desirable;
- Experience of using online recruitment systems and job sites like LinkedIn
- Excellent planning, organizational skill
- Ability to work at pace and to manage workload and meet multiple deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Presentation skills and ability to undertake manager training
- Good IT skills
