Essential Ingredients

  • Experienced in a customer focused environment.
  • Some knowledge of SAP AR system and Microsoft office preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, is influential; articulate, persuasive.
  • Excellent relationship builder, is able to build relationships and influence across a broad range of internal and external customers.
  • Planning and organising is used to working to strict deadlines and reporting timetables, to ensure SLAs and deadlines are met.
  • Ability to recognise a problem, dissect the situation to understand the cause and offer alternative solutions.

The Role
