Description
The key responsibilities of the Promotion and Selection Design Officer include:

  • Coordinating the organisational approach relating to selection, progression, promotion and retention of staff
  • Consulting with senior stakeholders to design and develop selection and promotion processes
  • Communicating with external stakeholders in order to promote fairness in promotion and selection processes
  • Working alongside Organisational Development team to agree methodology, design and approaches

Profile
The successful Promotion and Selection Design Officer should have:

  • Experience designing and developing promotion and selection interventions to resolve cultural and behavioural issues
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience carrying out and reporting on a wide range of complex projects
  • A qualification in Organisational Psychology
