£25k - £27k Sheridan ward is delighted to be recruiting for a brilliant and well established company based in Uxbridge, they are looking for a new Technical Support Advisor to join their team They are looking for someone who has experience in technical support, as well as someone who has knowledge of using SAP and excel Do you have strong organisational skills? Are you good at problem solving? Do you have good communication skills? Technical Support Advisor duties: Handling inbound and outbound calls Completing product investigations Add clear notes on calls which are progressed for attendance Create service reports Use Remote access software to log on to customers equipment Technical Support Advisor benefits: Parking onsite 25 days holiday Private healthcare Bonus
