IMMEDIATE START - WEEKLY PAY
Agile Personnel are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant for our client based in Minworth, Sutton Coldfield.
The role is to assist and support the Management Accountant in the running of the Finance department, ensuring an efficient and effective service position.
Part Time hours (3 days preferred Tues/Thurs/Fri) although our client can be flexible for the right applicant ie Mon - Fri etc
£13.34 Per Hour
Experience & Knowledge of:
- Credit Control
- Pegasus Opera would be advantageous
- Excellent in Excel
- Understanding/operating a weekly contra system
- Manage partner accounts on both sales ledger and purchase ledger
- Prepare weekly payment requests/remittance advice memo's
- Payment and receipt allocation
- Cash book and bank reconciliation
- Debtor chasing/reporting
No finance qualification needed, a good communicator, quick learner, and team player.
Job Types:

Contract length: 12 weeks
