Service Desk Team Leader -Band 6 - £33,70- up to £40,588

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated, and innovative individual who wants to join our Service Desk team. The role is to be the team lead for Service Desk. This includes responsibilities for managing the Service Desk staff and ensuring prompt resolution of business-as-usual incidents and requests. You will be required to mentor and train the Service Desk staff and maintain a quality support service. You will be required to mentor and train staff and maintain a quality service to NHFT. There is a requirement to work collaboratively with other teams within the DTS Directorate.


NHFT is an integrated primary care and mental health Trust, providing physical, mental health and specialty services in both hospital settings and out in the community.

Because we put the person at the centre of all we do, we focus on delivering care that is as easy to access as possible.

This means many of our services can be provided at home, work or in schools. We also provide health services to various prisons and detention centres across the region.
