Our client, a highly successful, independent estate agency is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team in the Deddington area.
The successful Sales Administrator will be offered:
- Up to £25,000 basic salary
- Full training
- Pension
- No bank holidays
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday 9:00 am 5:30 pm
- 1 in 3 Saturdays
Sales Administrator requirements:
- Great organizational skills
- Polite telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Strong IT skills
Sales Administrator duties will involve but will not be limited to:
- Registering Buyers and Sellers
- Registering Landlords and Tenants
- Arranging appointments and sending confirmations
- Adding property details and photographs to the system and online portals
- Liaising with Solicitors and Surveyors
