Our client, a highly successful, independent estate agency is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team in the Deddington area.

This exciting role will enable you to not only do admin but you'll be able to assist with sales progression and sales negotiation This is not an opportunity to miss out on


The successful Sales Administrator will be offered:

  • Up to £25,000 basic salary
- £3,000 bonus when office targets are hit

  • Full training
  • Pension
  • No bank holidays

Working Hours:


  • Monday to Friday 9:00 am 5:30 pm
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays

Sales Administrator requirements:


  • Great organizational skills
  • Polite telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills

Sales Administrator duties will involve but will not be limited to:

  • Registering Buyers and Sellers
  • Registering Landlords and Tenants
  • Arranging appointments and sending confirmations
  • Adding property details and photographs to the system and online portals
  • Liaising with Solicitors and Surveyors
