An opportunity has arisen for a general assistant to join a modern, rapidly expanding electrical control manufacture company, serving a wide range of commercial sectors across the UK.

The assistant will help with all aspects of installing energy saving controls at customer locations and manufacture. Full training will be provided for controls installations and an opportunity to gain electrical skills and qualifications throughout.
Work will be split between our factory and customer locations throughout the UK.
Main Responsibilities include

Onsite work assisting with installing controls at customer locations including moving refrigerators, mounting controls, electrical wiring connections and commissioning.
Attending customer sites to assist with callouts and site surveys.
Factory work, assisting with any task requirements as advised by Production.
Maintain high housekeeping standards at all times in the factory and onsite including assisting with daily cleans/organisation when in the factory.
Working and communicating effectively with other staff members to ensure job is completed efficiently and to customers' requirements and expectations.
Adhering to health and safety regulations.

Essential Skills

Competent at using the following machines: circular saw, hydraulic punches, pillar drills, cable cutters/stripper, cable crimpers and various hand tools.
ECS Card for onsite work is desirable but not essential
Electrical experience desired but not essential
Accurate record keeping and good numeracy skills.
Full Driving Licence
