Description
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, your role will be to create and implement the execution of marketing activities and campaigns.
Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all marketing operations are successful inmeeting the goals and needs of the business.
Role responsibilities:
- Contribute to the implementation of marketing strategies
- Deputise for the Head of Marketing as and when required, supporting the Head of Marketing in overseeing the
- Plan advertising schedules and promotional campaigns for products and services on a variety of media
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and suppliers to promote the success of marketing activities
- See all campaigns through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics
- Conduct and oversee market research requirements and identify opportunities for NPD, promotion and growth
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to prepare budgets and monitor expenditure
- Oversee CRM platform ensuring its useful structure and smooth functioning and that it is kept up to date
- Propose useful CRM analytics to management team members to support delivery of business units' sales
- Liaise with business managers to develop service and product specific promotional campaigns. Ensuring the
- Actively look for new ideas and opportunities to enhance market understanding and promotion services for
- Provide reports and information that are required by Head of Marketing to assess performance and operation
- Undertake Line Management responsibilities for assigned team.
- Ensure GDPR compliance in marketing activities.
- Any other duties commensurate with the role.
- Marketing/business-related degree/ NVQ level 4 or 5 or strong educational background
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a role with similar scope of duties
- Professional/technical knowledge in relevant background
- Excellent communication skills

- Business acumen and results oriented
- Commercially aware
- Good planning and project management skills
