Job title:

Customer Service Coordinator

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to work cross-functionally within our Operational Excellence Team.

This individual will coordinate then deliver a variety of end user feedback activities from a variety of sources, then collate results which will be communicated to provide recommendations to the business.


Location:
Hybrid in Newtownabbey


Working hours: 22.5 hours per week

What you'll be doing:


  • Customer complaint and compliment management through to resolution
  • Management and administration of the Incident Survey Process endtoend
  • Customer satisfaction performance reporting
  • Compiling reports from customer feedback, training evaluations etc.
  • Work closely with the client services team providing recommendations for continuous improvement opportunities
  • Survey creation, delivery and results collation

What we're looking for:


  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office package
  • Complaint management experience (desirable)
  • High levels of attention to detail and results oriented
  • Excellent problemsolving, prioritisation skills
  • Organised, ability to multitask with flexibility towards time constraints
