About our client
Our client is a growing Venture Fund in London. They are active, entrepreneurial investors who seek to provide growth loans to high growth technology companies across Europe. You will have the opportunity to invest in technology companies and be part of theventure ecosystem. You will work directly with its portfolio companies whilst playing a role in its investment discussions.
Due to its continued growth and success it is expanding its investment team. It is now looking to hire a Senior Associate/Investment Manager to join its small and dynamic team of investors.

What the job involves:

Attend company pitches, ask questions and form an investment thesis on new opportunities. Lead analysis of opportunities through initial financial and commercial due diligence
Help structure, negotiate, and win new debt facilities for prospects
Manage the due diligence, legal and investment committee processes to close and fund transactions.
Maintain regular dialogue with Clevel executives at portfolio companies and assist with preparation of the quarterly credit review package
Review ongoing portfolio company performance, recommending opportunities for restructuring or for additional investment as appropriate

Who we are looking for:

Relevant investing or credit underwriting experience
Very strong analytical and Excel modelling skills
Selfstarter with a proven ability to work to the highest standards in both a team setting and without supervision
