REED Accountancy & Finance are delighted to be working with a client in the Lisburn area who are recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join their stable finance team.


This is a full time permanent opportunity office based, and offers a competitive salary as well as excellent company benefits.

Reporting to the Accountant, the Accounts Administrator will assist with:

  • Processing subcontractor and supplier purchase invoices
  • Processing CIS deductions
  • Matching purchase invoices to orders and dockets
  • Processing subcontractor payments
  • Dealing with supplier queries
  • General administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning
  • Answering telephone calls into the finance office
  • General finance office duties as required
Applicants will have previous accounts experience, ideally within the construction industry and will have specific sub-contractor experience.

Applicants will have good organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.

Applicants will ideally have a working knowledge of Pegasus Opera as well as MS Excel.
