REED Accountancy & Finance are delighted to be working with a client in the Lisburn area who are recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join their stable finance team.
This is a full time permanent opportunity office based, and offers a competitive salary as well as excellent company benefits.
- Processing subcontractor and supplier purchase invoices
- Processing CIS deductions
- Matching purchase invoices to orders and dockets
- Processing subcontractor payments
- Dealing with supplier queries
- General administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning
- Answering telephone calls into the finance office
- General finance office duties as required
Applicants will have good organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.
Applicants will ideally have a working knowledge of Pegasus Opera as well as MS Excel.
