Description
Our client, based in Warwick (CV34) is looking for Transport Coordinators. These are 'Temp-to-Perm' opportunities with a full-time position available following a successful trial period.

Working from Monday - Friday and the pay rate is
£11.00 per hour.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Organize training sessions as requested by the training managers.
  • Maintain sitespecific training trackers and files, and offer assistance as needed.
  • Book hire cars/ hotels/food for training team and capture costs.
  • To take part in any relevant training and work within methods as instructed, this may involve overnight stays.
  • To discuss any suggestions for improving training and customer service effectiveness.
Ability to work with internal and external colleagues

  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to analyse and prioritise work loads
  • Ability to answer queries on the phone and in person
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (2016)
  • Able to construct and maintain Excel formula's
  • Proficient on Microsoft Teams
