THE COMPANY:


Brewster Partners are currently recruiting for an Administrator for our client based in Halifax, with easy access from Barnsley, Leeds, Huddersfield & Bradford.


THE JOB:

Based on site in Halifax, this will be a varied role and will supporting senior administrator and wider team in admin duties such as:

  • Respond to customer and supplier enquiries about order status, changes or cancellations
  • Contact customers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries
  • Responding to any new enquiries
  • Obtaining any transportation quotes, arranging exports and compare prices
  • Accurately producing contracts


This will be a varied role and will suit someone that is looking for variety and to work on a great organisation.


THE PERSON:

This role will suit someone working within a similar position previously, or who is a strong communicator, as well as:

  • Competent user of all Microsoft Applications,
  • Being confident with formulas, graphs, and tables
  • Organised and efficient
  • Having strong administration skills

THE BENEFITS:

This is a full time permanent role, offering up to £22,000, as well as yearly reviews regarding salaries. The client will also support someone who wants to break into this industry. As well as offering many other benefits unique to the business.
