Description

Responsibilities

Creation and execution of communications strategy for the business
Working with all departments to develop and writing content, including but not limited to; website blogs, thought leadership pieces, media releases, newsletters, tailored magazine content
Creating an awards calendar and assisting with developing the necessary awards materials
Seeking and coordinating PR ops
Conducting trend analysis and ensuring all content aligns
Ensuring content conforms to trends and SEO bestpractice/optimisation
Identifying opportunities to help elevate the brand
Contacting industry journalists and influencers to build brand awareness

Requirements:

Previous Copywriting experience, inhouse or agency ideally within Property or Investment Sectors
Demonstrable experience creating eyecatching and engaging copy
Creative streak with a flair for storytelling
Adept at understanding brand values and bringing them to life

Qualifications

Experience working with WordPress
Experience working with Google Ads and Google Analytics
Bachelor's degree in English Literature or similar preferable but not essential
