We are currently recruiting for aFinancial Administrator to join a team overseeing research projects. The role is for a
min. of 3 months and is likely to be
extended or become Permanent.

You will be working for a leading higher education institution.
Description
Main responsibilities include:
- Supporting Finance Team in looking after budget and contributions to research funding,
- Supporting Finance Team in managing project audits,
- Updating data on the system,
- Liaising with Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable teams,
- Chasing up debts,
- Following up with funders and communicating with institution funders,
- Other adhoc duties
Profile
- Previous experience in Finance related role
- Confident in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good IT Skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload
Job Offer
- Hybrid working
- Monday
- Friday (9am until 5pm)
- Potential to move onto permanent
