We are currently recruiting for a
Financial Administrator to join a team overseeing research projects. The role is for a
min. of 3 months and is likely to be
extended or become Permanent.

You will be working for a leading higher education institution.


Description

Main responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Finance Team in looking after budget and contributions to research funding,
  • Supporting Finance Team in managing project audits,
  • Updating data on the system,
  • Liaising with Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable teams,
  • Chasing up debts,
  • Following up with funders and communicating with institution funders,
  • Other adhoc duties

Profile

  • Previous experience in Finance related role
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good IT Skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise workload

Job Offer

  • Hybrid working


  • Monday

  • Friday (9am until 5pm)
  • Potential to move onto permanent
