Sales Ledger Assistant
Salary £26K Central Wimbledon (SW19)
Mon-Fri 9-5.30pm 26 days hols +bank holidays

Opportunity to join a growing and well known retail brand, where you will join their busy and friendly finance department, where you will be responsible for all Sales Ledger duties and tasks.
Duties:
- Indexing, matching and inputting invoices, credit notes and credit claims onto the databases
- Liaising with colleagues in other teams to resolve any supplier queries
- Taking turns in preparing and processing payment run, aligning with the finance calendar
- Produce weekly and fortnightly reports on a rota basis with colleagues
- Carryout out any reconciliations within deadlines
- Ensure transactions recording are authorised and coded correctly to avoid future errors
- Admin of debt balances on ledger and escalate if required
The Individual:
- Confident on Excel and confident to learn inhouse systems
- Previous Sales Ledger experience
- Proactive and able to work on own initiative
- Excellent communication skills and able to manage work to deadlines
- Knowledge of Google Sheets and Docs will be an advantage.
