Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Accounts Payable team with the day to day running of the AP Functions across various companies
- Check relevant authorisation obtained for payment of invoice
- Dealing with Purchase Order numbers
- Process direct debit, standing order and BACS payments.
- Maintain Supplier Statement Reconciliations on a timely basis
- Ensure supplier/purchase ledger inboxes are kept up to date
- Process payment run.
- Liaise with stakeholders across multiple sites
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and resolving queries promptly.
- Other adhoc duties as and when required.
Skills Required:
- Experience of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Some experience in a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- A positive, Can do attitude
- Must have an excellent interpersonal and communication skills
