Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Accounts Payable team with the day to day running of the AP Functions across various companies
  • Check relevant authorisation obtained for payment of invoice
  • Dealing with Purchase Order numbers
  • Process direct debit, standing order and BACS payments.
  • Maintain Supplier Statement Reconciliations on a timely basis
  • Ensure supplier/purchase ledger inboxes are kept up to date
  • Process payment run.
  • Liaise with stakeholders across multiple sites
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and resolving queries promptly.
  • Other adhoc duties as and when required.

Skills Required:


  • Experience of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Some experience in a similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A positive, Can do attitude
  • Must have an excellent interpersonal and communication skills
