CRM Project Lead - London, United Kingdom - Sephora UK

This brand-new role offers the opportunity to join a growing CRM team and work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment where we are constantly striving to enhance the relevance and performance of our customer communications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with the head of customer marketing to drive innovation within the CRM team by leading on several projects. These include; Enhancing our 11 personalisation offering, driving the App download strategy and optimizing our data capture touch points
- Implement AB and multivariate testing ensuring all tests are carried out in a measured way to ensure significance and fairness
- Become the expert on how our CRM platforms/systems work together and ensure we have accurate and accessible customer data available to optimize our CRM activity across all of these
- Build strong working relationships with other teams within the business including Commercial, BI, and Tech in order to gain support and drive continuous momentum for new initiatives
- Work with several of our external partners including our referafriend partner MentionMe, challenging strategy and ensuring we are getting the most out of the tool and the partnership
- Ensure we have a deep understanding of who our customer is, why and when they shop, how they interact with the brand and what their lifetime value is
- Provide regular insights to the wider marketing team on campaign performance along with recommendations and next steps
- Advocate a customercentric mindset across the business
Skills / Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience in an CRM/digital marketing/trading role within an ecommerce business
- A problem solver not afraid to challenge the status quo
- A team player who is also happy to work independently and proactively
- Commerciallyminded with the ability to translate analysis findings into revenue generating initiatives
- Experience in implementing and managing lifecycle and datadriven campaigns
- Experience implementing app marketing campaigns
- Proven track record in optimising campaign performance through A/B and multivariate testing
- Handson experience of using CRM platforms in an ecommerce environment (Ometria and/or Batch are a bonus)
- Adept at manipulating and reviewing data in Excel/google sheets and Google Analytics
