Description
We are looking for an accounts administrator to join our finance team.Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing of purchase & sales Invoices
- Responding to customer and supplier queries, ensuring all issues are investigated, resolved and/or escalated in a timely manner
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Preparation and processing all bank transactions
- Preparing bank reconciliations
- Processing weekly and monthly payroll
- Processing relevant information into management system
- All scanning and filling associated with the above
- working in an accounts role, knowledge of SAGE preferred (training available)
- experience in payroll would be beneficial (training available)
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday 8am 4pm
- Friday 8am 1pm
Joining Bonus
We are offering a joining Bonus of £1,000, being £500 payable on completion of six and twelve months service

£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
