Description
We are looking for an accounts administrator to join our finance team.


Responsibilities include:


  • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of purchase & sales Invoices
  • Responding to customer and supplier queries, ensuring all issues are investigated, resolved and/or escalated in a timely manner
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Preparation and processing all bank transactions
  • Preparing bank reconciliations
  • Processing weekly and monthly payroll
  • Processing relevant information into management system
  • All scanning and filling associated with the above
We are seeking a highly organised individual who can work on their own initiative with minimum supervision who has the following skills and experience:

  • working in an accounts role, knowledge of SAGE preferred (training available)
- strong communication skills, face to face and over the phone
- experience in payroll would be beneficial (training available)


Working Hours

  • Monday to Thursday 8am 4pm
  • Friday 8am 1pm

Joining Bonus
We are offering a joining Bonus of £1,000, being £500 payable on completion of six and twelve months service

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
