We are looking for a Project Support Officer to join our team
As a Project Support Officer, you will work within the Competitions in Connections (CiC) team, who are responsible for enabling our Independent Connection Providers ICPs, and Independent Distribution Network Operators IDNOs to connect onto our distribution network.
The role of Project Support Officer plays a key part in supporting our customers and the Project Management team with the delivery of connections projects.
Roles & responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Allocating projects to the Project Management team and Consenting team.
- Responding to customer queries.
- Liaising with external ICP/IDNO's, internal colleagues and various stakeholders to maintain compliance and to facilitate job completion.
- Producing reports and upload documents on completions of projects.
- Raising purchase orders and managing receipting of invoices.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Previous experience raising purchase orders and producing reports.
- Experience delivering excellent customer service.
- Excellent planning, organisational and problemsolving skills.
- Competent with Microsoft software, Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams etc
- It would be beneficial to have experience of the Energy/Connection's business
