The Department of Physics at Lancaster University is seeking to appoint a full time Student Programmes Officer, to lead a small team of staff, working closely with academic colleagues, to support the delivery and administration of student programmes and the student experience across both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.


ABOUT YOU

You will:

  • Be able to demonstrate experience of, or clear potential to, manage or lead a team of people to deliver a high standard of customer service, whilst ensuring ongoing review of practices and implementation of effective and appropriate change and development.
  • Be a selfmotivated team player, with a commitment to professional development, for yourself and your team.
  • Have experience of delivering high quality student administration.
  • Be able to demonstrate competent IT skills and the ability to work with new systems and software in an evolving digital environment.
