Description
We're looking for an experienced Safety Health and Environment (SHE) Advisor to join our Highways team based in Northamptonshire supporting the West & North Northamptonshire contracts & Nordis Signs on all aspects of SHEA.

Permanent, Fulltime
Salary:
£35k - £42K
Responsibilities
As a SHE Advisor, you'll actively promote Safety, Health and Welfare, leading and setting a good example to other employees and stakeholders.
Your day to day will include:
- support the continued development of Kier's Safety Health and Environmental Management System
- liaise with Kier Occupational Health team to provide health & wellbeing support for Kier employees across the contract
- support Kier Highways SHEA Director and the wider Kier SHEA team
Who are we looking for?
This role of SHE Advisor is great for you if have:
- NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent
- Membership of relevant professional institution (e.g. Tech IOSH or above)
- Full Driving Licence
