Are you looking for your first step into administration work? Do you have excellent communication skills? Signature Recruitment has an exciting opportunity with our client, a London membership body, as an Administration Assistant.

This is a full-time permanentrole with hybrid working.


Based in Central London, you will be working as part of a small administrative team providing first line support to the Technology, Operations and Press Directorates under the Administration Manager.

Administration Assistant Main Responsibilities:


  • Inbox management, answering queries that come in
  • Credit card reconciling
  • Booking travel and meetings
  • Support for record keeping and data management

Administration Assistant Skills and Experience:


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Calm under pressure
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills
