Description

Our client, a leading school tour operator, is seeking a Tour Consultant to be the first point of contact for schools planning group trips.


Tour Consultant responsibilities:


  • Find and follow up on sales leads, quotations sent and close sales
  • Develop relationships with potential and existing customers
  • Set up costings for tours and create quotes tailored to the customer
  • Able to travel to visit suppliers and hoteliers overseas to keep product knowledge up to date

  • You must be commercially astute and have excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Target driven
  • Additional languages spoken would be a bonus
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Team player
  • Proficient in the world of MS Office
  • A passion for travel
