Non Functional /Performance Test Lead - Finance/Trading - Excellent base salary + Bonus + Package

Our client, a leading trading organisation based in London, is seeking a talented and driven Non-Functional / Performance Test Lead to lead their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading city based trading organisation who have multipleexciting projects in flight.

As an experienced Non-Functional tester, with experience in working and leading a team in a trading environment, you will have strong stakeholder management skills and exemplary communication.

With demonstrable experience of developing and motivating yourteam to success, you will still be hands-on and enjoy the challenges associated with project delivery.

Strong hands-on non-functional/performance/reliability testing experience - a minimum of 7 years experience

Experience of working and successfully delivering in the financial sector, ideally in a trading environment

Knowledge of tools such as JMeter, Jira and Zephyr on both a Windows and Linux platform

Ideally have worked in a low latency environment - if not, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain knowledge of low latency

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead a team, motivate and develop them
