Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking comprehensive briefs with hiring managers for all new and existing roles. Having honest conversations with key stakeholders to ensure service levels are maintained
  • Participating in regular team, peer and department meetings to support resourcing agenda
  • Having an awareness and understanding of the approval process to manage workload
  • Advising on the most effective selection and assessment solutions in line with the framework
  • Updating and maintaining the ATS and using as an inhouse database for talent
