I am working with a global business that is currently going through a transformation of their HR function.

As part of the transition to the Ulrich Model, they require a HR Shared Services Transformation Director to set-up a 400 person captive centre.

The role will work closely with the Head of HR Transformation, the Global Head of Business Services, HRBP Leads and the CHRO.

Responsibilities:

Build and develop the team, ensuring engagement and high performance through outstanding leadership and management;
Lead the design and transition of processes from the business to the new centre;
Work with HR stakeholder to set KPIs and SLAs for the new offering;
Ensure a highlevel of service through ongoing leadership of the function, working closely with stakeholders through golive to manage issues;
Work on adhoc projects as part of the wider HR Transformation.

This role will require time in the London office but will be hired on a Hybrid basis.
