Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Provide HR advice and support to employees and management on various HR matters
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct training sessions on HRrelated topics for employees and managers
  • Stay uptodate with changes in employment laws and regulations

Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR role
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
  • Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software for recruitment purposes
  • Proficient in data entry and administrative tasks
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Taleo, Salesforce, or Workday is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Experience in social media management for employer branding purposes is a plus

£35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
