Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Provide HR advice and support to employees and management on various HR matters
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
- Assist with onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Conduct training sessions on HRrelated topics for employees and managers
- Stay uptodate with changes in employment laws and regulations
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software for recruitment purposes
- Proficient in data entry and administrative tasks
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Taleo, Salesforce, or Workday is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience in social media management for employer branding purposes is a plus

£35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
