Change Consultant
Our client is an award-winning independent healthcare services business who are expanding rapidly. They partner with the NHS to provide Ear Nose and Throat and Dermatology services across the Southeast of England.

To support their growth, they are looking for an experienced change consultant to roll out a continuous improvement program that strengthens and improves their systems and processes to develop quality further while enhancing day-to-day working practices and operations.


In this role, you'll work closely with business heads, external providers and internal IT to help consolidate, redesign and automate processes to improve delivery in key areas including improvements in patient bookings, cost per booking and patient experience.


You will be involved with:

  • Leading requirement definition meetings to understand business owners' needs
  • Documenting and reporting on business requirements, ensuring clear understanding by the leadership team and translating them into functional enhancements
  • Conducting analysis and scoping activities, and managing ongoing requirements gathering and change requests throughout the project lifecycle
  • Supporting and managing Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing activities
  • Managing system enhancements and change management procedures
  • Driving the delivery of change requirements through effective internal consultancy and coordination
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to design and implement process improvements, leveraging technology and continuous improvement practices
  • Managing change initiatives, including planning, stakeholder engagement, and impact assessment
  • Monitoring and tracking the progress of change initiatives, delivering required changes
  • Conducting postimplementation reviews and providing recommendations for further improvement
  • Developing and delivering training and support materials to facilitate user adoption of new processes and technologies
  • Reporting and evaluating risks and issues, and developing mitigation strategies
  • Championing a culture of continuous improvement and identifying additional opportunities for business process enhancements


Ideally, you'll have been responsible for change projects that have a technical element and been responsible for rolling this out to staff and measuring results.

Our client is not looking for previous experience in the NHS but rather someone who has implemented innovative change and had operational responsibility.


This is a permanent position that offers a salary of £50-70,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience, as well as an NHS superannuation pension scheme.

The office is within walking distance of East Croydon station and they offer hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 remote).
