We are seeking a committed and professional Teaching Assistant on a term time only basis to support the teaching team in maintaining a high standard of quality care and education, and to promote the inclusion of all pupils.


  • Be passionate about working with children and young people and as part of a successful team.
  • Be an ambitious and enthusiastic professional willing to contribute to the wider life of the academy.
  • Be able to utilise strategies to support pupils in acheiving learning goals.
  • Promote good pupil behaviour, and deal promptly with conflicts and incidents.
  • Passionately believe that all children can achieve.
