Client Details


My client is looking for someone with experience in the logistics distribution and supply chain sector to take charge of the transport compliance across the region.

They have sites UK wide and distribute agriculture machinery to a vast range of customers.


Description

Transport Manager Compliance responsibilities consist of:

  • Responsible for 20 sites across your area
  • Schedule a rota for all services and MOTs
  • Strategic implementation around driver performance and KPIs
  • Attend regional meetings
  • Manage the buying and selling of vehicles
  • Update the team on law and regulation changes

Profile

Transport Manager Compliance requires experience in:

  • CPC Management
  • Evidence of up to date driving laws and regulation changes
  • Proven leader of a team of 100+ drivers
  • Ideally multi site experience
  • Agricultural experience is beneficial but not essential

Job Offer
