- Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaising with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handling customer orders and processing payments.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and data entry.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Salary:
£22,952.00-£23,929.00 per year
