Salary -** £19,760 plus Veolia benefits


Hours - **40 hours per week, 7 day operation including bank holidays.
You will have two regular weekdays off per week.

It's why we're looking for someone who sees the world in a similar way, to take up an exciting operativerole in our Somerley Household Waste Recycling Centre team.


What will you be doing?

  • Assisting members of the public at the household recycling centre with waste and recycling disposal
  • Ensure the health and safety of all members of the public, visitors, staff and contractors at the site.
  • Ensure that materials on site are recycled as much as possible.
  • To ensure that the facility is left in a clean condition and any spillages are cleaned up before leaving the area
  • To assist with other parts of the operation as and when required
  • Operate the IT Tablet based booking system
  • Trade waste control

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience within a customer facing role
  • Good level of IT skills
  • Happy to work outside in all weather
This role involves some physical work.
