An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, working as a Performance Improvement Lead within the Trust's Operational Performance Team.

This role and that of the wider performance team, is integral in fulfilling our ambition to continuously improve the performance of the services which we provide, supporting the provision of safe and high quality healthcare for everyone, at all times.

Working closely with the Performance Manager, and the wider performance team, this role will enable you to be involved in and contribute to specific and bespoke pieces of work responding to and supporting the operational teams within the organisation, alongside the wider needs and requirements of the Trust.
