Streetwork Permit Administrator

Washington

£25,000

Job Outline**Produce all relevant construction information to allow for the operational delivery on site. Manage and maintain all associated documentation within ULIS management system.


Responsibilities

  • Input of all permit requirements on relevant systems whilst complying with NRSWA requirements
  • Monitor and maintain compliance to minimise financial risk.
  • Coordination with local authorities on all matters relating to permits, TTRO/N, early starts etc
  • Coordinate closely with Surveyor / Planner
  • Effective liaison with all stakeholders

Requirements:


  • NRSWA (Awareness)
  • Good spoken and written communication skills at all levels
  • Confidence in using computer packages and familiarity with planning tools
  • Basic CAD skills (Desirable)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in a customer service role, or similar.
  • T literate particularly Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Welldeveloped verbal and written communication skills
  • Some flexibility of working hours may be required.
