What we need from you as a Content Creator:

  • You will need to have
    Video editing software experience (ideally Adobe Premier)
  • You will also need to be an experienced photographer, videographer, and awareness of off camera lighting and modifiers
  • Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram
  • Experience of operating in a front facing customer service role
  • A strong customer service focus and proactive approach to resolving queries
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to adapt to a diverse range of customer groups
  • Be located within reasonable commuting distance of your branch office

Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for creating, editing, and posting video content for use on websites and social media to explain and promote the benefits of our product ranges
  • Responsible for significant contribution to stores sales performance to achieve annual TFC margin targets
  • Assisting any customers face to face in the store with any queries/advice on stock
  • Sending customer quotations and recording these into the CRM (NetSuite)
  • Dealing with any customer complaints
  • Keeping the store clean and tidy at all times

Salary/Hours £25,000 to £28,000 each role per annum depending on experience.


Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 9.00am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. On occasions, some flexibility is required around these hours, workload depending.
