Are you an experienced Secretary, Administrator or PA looking for temporary work local to Much Hadham?

About the role

We are seeking an organised, professional Administrator to provide high quality and efficient admin support within our Supported Living service on a temporary 6 month basis.

The role will be busy yet exciting as you will be working closely with the managementteams to ensure the service runs effectively.


About You
If you are someone who thrives on a busy working environment where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you In particular, we are looking for an individual with the following qualities:

  • Proficient typist with good typing speeds
  • Experience of taking minutes at senior management meetings
  • Adaptable and friendly with strong time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communicator who works in a confidential and discreet manner and is able to think on their feet
  • Able to maintain a high level of attention to detail when under pressure
  • Able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team, as well as comfortable working independently
