The HR Business Partnering and Operations team are looking to appoint a HR Officer.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be part of the HR Operations team and wishes to develop a career within HR.

This is initially a 12 month Fixed term contract covering a secondment, however there is a possibility that this role could be made permanent


We are looking for someone who has experience of working within HR, is a confident communicator, proactive and self-motivated, but most importantly we are looking for someone who is passionate about what they do.

In return you will be given the opportunity to develop and grow as a HR professional within a compassionate and inclusive team.

The is an agile role which will include home working and working across Trust sites.


As a HR Officer you will be assisting in providing operational support, advice and guidance to managers and staff on the full range of HR matters including sickness absence and local terms and conditions to managers and staff.
