Description
The environment you work in is critical to your happiness.

If you're going to use your experience as an administrator to be the go-to person in a professional firm you want to be appreciated.

For starters.

You'll want to work in a team that gets work done but enjoys office chit-chat too, where the hugely supportive senior staff have an open door policy and have high staff retention as a result.

Where you'll be seen and heard, developed if you wish, and encouraged but not obliged to get involved in the social stuff they organise from time to time.

A space which is modern, in fact, undertook a renovation during the pandemic, where the parking is 2 mins away (and the company pays).

If we get more of those 40-degree summers, you'll stay cool in the air con

And whilst this role is a generic admin role, with reception work (you won't need to sit alone in reception all day), you'll not only find it varied but you'll have the free rein to identify areas of improvement and implement change.

So this role can evolve into something even better if you want.

Not least because this is a business that's growing and people onboard who want to improve and grow will have the space and support to do so.

Where there can be a little flexibility in your hours, to accommodate your external needs.

Expect to be handling incoming post, scanning and sending to colleague inboxes, meeting and greeting, arranging meetings and catering, proofreading documents, managing client storage, and handling some basic accounts work to help with client accounts filing.

Wider than that it's stationery ordering, facilities management and more.

Someone the team loves because you get stuff done.

There's a cash healthcare plan that covers routine costs like dental treatment and an agreement with a mortgage firm that means you'll be able to avoid fees.

They're a nice bunch who get takeout food from time to time, organise team social get-togethers, and dress down on a Friday..

you get the gist. You'll like them.
