Description

We are seeking a skilled Painter and decorator / maintenance person to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires strong communication skills, painting expertise and a valid driver's licence.

Duties:

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, scraping, and sanding them to ensure proper adhesion
Select and mix paints and coatings to achieve the desired colour and texture
Ensure even coverage and smooth finish on all surfaces
Protect surrounding areas from paint splatter or damage during the painting process
Painting internally and externally (cladding)
Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
General maintenance work when required.

Experience:

Proven experience as a Painter or similar role
Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools
Ability to accurately match colours and create desired finishes
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Some general maintenance experience required.
Valid driver's license to travel between job sites

£15- £16 per hour depending on experience.
