Role and Responsibilities
The firm offers the ability to work out of offices in Liverpool, London or Manchester. The workload will be defendant focused, relating to costs estimates within high court disputes, arbitration, and multi-track. This will consist of drafting, scheduling, billsof costs/ budgets, preparing costs submissions and negotiating to settlement. There may also be a requirement for some advocacy work.
