PROJECT MANAGER
Our Client
We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager for one of our clients, based in Worcestershire.
Job Responsibilities

Delivery of projects on time and to forecasted budget
Effective and robust commercial management, monitoring and forecasting across projects
Drive project execution; track delivery; expect, monitor and control change
Develop project specifications, agree project plan baseline including scope, key activities, deliverables, resource requirements and deadlines
Building and maintaining close relationships with clients
Ensure project plans, risk and method statements and waste management plans are submitted on time
Record information accurately and consistently using appropriate systems
Conduct reviews to assess project outcomes and to identify and capture lessons learned to enable continuous improvement
Manage relationships amongst stakeholders by building confidence and trust with clear professional communications
Ensure team members are informed, have clear goals, and work collaboratively with clients and other stakeholders to achieve planned outcomes
Lead by example setting the highest standards for all site fitting teams
Ensure compliance with latest HSE standards, implementing company procedures
Ensure all sites have the latest and most current safety information
Higher education qualification or equivalent professional experience
A track record of successful management and delivery of projects
Excellent communication
Influencing and relationship building
