Description

The St Pancras Programme is a highly complex multi-organisational programme transforming mental health and community services through the redevelopment of the St Pancras Hospital site, alongside the prestigious Oriel Programme.

The Programme is at a crucial transition point, having successfully delivered state of the art mental health inpatient and ambulatory services at the Whittington Hospital site and in Islington.

It is now moving to a new phase to deliver a flagship mental health facility at St Pancras Hospital, the re-provision of a wide range of services including community mental health services in Camden, renal dialysis (operated by the Royal Free) and community rehabilitation beds and services (operated by Central & NW London Mental Health Trust), enabled by the redevelopment of the St Pancras site by the Programme's commercial partner.

We are seeking an experienced communications professional, who will work alongside senior colleagues from the NHS organisations involved and our commercial partner, to lead the development and implementation of the Programme's communication and stakeholder engagement strategy and activities, directly contributing to the success of all aspects of the Programme against the backdrop of a highly complex and sensitive stakeholder landscape.

The partnership between Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust (BEH) and Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust (C&I) is going from strength to strength since it was originally established in 2021 forming the North London Mental Health Partnership.

In order to meet the needs of the new Partnership services you may be required from time to time to work at different locations to your normal place of work.

This may mean that you are required to work at any location that fall under Barnet, Enfield and Harringay Trust and Camden and Islington Trust.

The Trust reserves the right to require staff to work at such other places or locations as it considers reasonable and necessary on a temporary or permanent basis.

As an experienced communications professional, and working alongside senior colleagues from NLMHP, RFL, CNWL, Moorfields, NCL ICB and KCCLP and their communications partners, you lead the development and implementation of the Programme's communication and stakeholder engagement strategy and activities and provide the framework for communications and engagement across all the Programme's projects, directly contributing to the success of all aspects of the Programme.
