Finance Assistant, Perth Based Roles

£23,000.00 per annum

Are you an experienced Finance Assistant seeking a new role in Perth area?

Have you got prior experience across Sales Ledger & Purchase Ledger?

Nicholas Hendry is currently working with a well-known, Perth-based business that is now enjoying a period of sustained growth.

Our client is an instantly recognisable local employer that, due to continued expansion, is looking to hire an experienced Finance Assistant, who has experience previous experience in Sales & Purchase Ledger, working with Microsoft Excel.


Experience:


  • Setting up customers on the database.
  • Credit control
  • Liaising with credit customers, chasing for payment when necessary.
  • Releasing sales orders.
  • Processing daily income.
  • Allocating receipts to pro forma customers.
  • Sending Sales Ledger statements.
  • Checking weekly payroll, providing cover for weekly payroll processing when required.
  • Processing credit notes.
  • Processing journals related to transactions.
