Description

Berry Recruitment are currently looking for Call Centre Agents to work within a vibrant and fast-paced office based in Norwich.

You will need to build an excellent rapport with customers and update the CRM system.

Following skills required will be excellent communication skills and a good telephone manor.

This will
notinvolve any cold calling.

All training will be provided.

Previous experience within a customer service based environment is required.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 9am

  • 6.15pm.
Hourly rate will be £9.50 per hour with a generous commission structure.
