Finance Assistant - PAYE - Bristol
Gibbs Hybrid is looking for an accomplished Finance Assistant to oversee the smooth running of the sales ledger of a Bristol based client and ensuring sales invoices are raised and cash collected.
Essential:
- Experience in a similar role (finance assistant / accounts receivable clerk)
- Previous experience of using ERP systems such as IFS helpful
- Proficient Excel knowledge
- High levels of accuracy with numerical data input
- Strong organisational skills
- Able to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Finance Assistance / Sales ledger experience
- Invoice management
- Looking after credit limits, using Experian for credit checks
