Finance Assistant - PAYE - Bristol


Gibbs Hybrid is looking for an accomplished Finance Assistant to oversee the smooth running of the sales ledger of a Bristol based client and ensuring sales invoices are raised and cash collected.

You will be required onsite 2 days a week. PAYE role, 6mths. £ per hour.


Essential:

  • Experience in a similar role (finance assistant / accounts receivable clerk)
  • Previous experience of using ERP systems such as IFS helpful
  • Proficient Excel knowledge
  • High levels of accuracy with numerical data input
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Able to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
  • Finance Assistance / Sales ledger experience
  • Invoice management
  • Looking after credit limits, using Experian for credit checks
