A fantastic new opportunity working as a full-time Payroll and Finance Officer role based in Manchester/Stockport. This temporary role has an excellent hourly rate on offer between £ £15.00 with flexible working on offer.

My client is a Not for Profit organisation based in Manchester/ Stockport. They offer a range of services that promote quality, safe and affordable sexual health and contraceptive services. They are currently undergoing an office move and will be relocatingto Manchester Northern Quarter in May.


Description

The key responsibilities of a Payroll and Finance Officer will include, but may not be limited to;

  • Support within the process of payroll functions
  • Assistant with management accounts production
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Creation of sales invoices and credit notes
  • Inputting of all invoice/ credit notes
  • Postings for month end
  • Yearend audit
  • Answering auditor queries
  • Data Entry and word processing

Profile

  • Background working in Not for Profit and Charities sector
  • Maths and English GCSE grade C or above
  • AAT qualified or Part qualified Accountancy
  • Ability to build relationships in the community
  • To work well in a team and independently
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to prioritise and manage deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • To be enthusiastic and action oriented
