Description
Senior Credit Controller position with an industry leading business based in Stoke. This role will pay a salary of £27,000-£30,000 depending on experience.

Page Personnel are working with a highly successful and forward thinking business, leading within their field. They have an opportunity for a Senior Credit Controller to join their team.


Description

Senior Credit Controller responsibilities include:

  • Actively chase debts to ensure that monies owed are received by the due dates
  • Ensure monthly cash collection targets are achieved.
  • Ensuring agreed targets are met and all team performance management activities are completed.
  • Recognise potential bad debt risk early and escalate as appropriate.
  • Issuing and dispatching customer invoices.
  • Dealing with internal and external queries relating to sales ledger transactions.
  • Entering daily banking transactions and allocating all transactions.
  • Sending monthly/weekly statements.
  • Review and report on aged debtors through weekly meetings with the FD & COO
  • Raising of accident management invoices.
  • Running of the rental billing.
  • Assist with monthend reporting

Profile

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Required
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Required
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships

  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Required
  • Studying towards or AAT qualified
  • Desirable

Job Offer
