Location London (EC1)
Hours Full time, permanent (9am -6pm Monday to Friday)
Salary Circa £80k

We are looking for an experienced project manager with construction / design and build experience to join in an industry-leading consultancy.

You will be confident in managing multiple projects, completing pre-contract work including building survey analysis, building control, design coordination and tender submissions for large scale HNW projects and jobs

Execute perfect delivery and snag free jobs
Management of site manager and site teams on projects
Budget management
Coordinate contractors and designers
Ensure compliance with all statutory H&S requirements

This role is based on site in London, Monday to Friday. The team are social, fun and engaging, and are looking for someone to match their energy
